Mid Tier; returns here are around 6% holding the 40 to 80% Loan To Value positions.  This rate is 5 or 6 times what you will get on a CD or other bank instrument.

Safe Haven; this tier holds the lowest 40% loan  to value with a 2% return and will not lose money as long as the property value does not drop by 60% an unlikely scenario.

Company Ownership; under this scenario you will not only make money on the companies returns, but also on the administrative fees collected.
