Welcome! I provide all the tools, guidance, and support my clients need to get set up in a rent to own situation.  We have plans to have you owning your  home in as little as 5 years.  Often the monthly cost is less than rent!.  You pick the house and we take care of making that house yours.

You tell us your budget and we can tell you what price house you should be looking at; or provide us with the info on a house and we will give you multiple rent to own options.

For example a $100K home could cost as little as $1,616 per month with a 7 year plan, or $800 per month on the long term option.

You could own a $25K home in 7 years for $566 per month.  A similar house rents for $925 per month.
